Class Description

85° Yin is a slow paced class that is practiced completely on the floor. This series of longer holds allows the deeper, less flexible tissues in your body to stretch. Yin targets fascia, ligaments, and joints. This practice allows you space to tune into both your mind and body. The longer holds in yin challenge you to breathe through any discomfort and sit quietly with your thoughts. All levels will benefit from yin. Yin is the perfect compliment to our physically demanding practices. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Cancellation Policy

Doors will be open 15 minutes prior to class time. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Class starts on time and doors are locked. If you can't attend class, please go into “My Bookings” to cancel 2 hours prior to class time. For early morning classes, please cancel the night before if you cannot make it. *All sales are final. No Refunds- please be sure to reschedule class so you do not lose any paid drop-in or credits.
